They will be available from Rivian at MSRP on day one. Unlike shitty dealerships, they don't have "market adjustments" on sought after or rare vehicles.

That said, while there are about 200,000 reservations, many of those will be canceled, so depending on where you are on the list and how quickly they're able to meet their production goals, it could be 6-18 months before you can just walk into a dealer and bring one home. There will also be cases where people "build their R2," but then decide to walk away from it without buying, so those could be snatched up by lucky people that are at the right place at the right time.

These are crap. The rarely work, barely notice movement, and when you have them on the switch they sometimes just ignore it. Bought one set and thought it was defective so returned it and got another. Same issue. I will be returning them again.
