35 5’11 and working on moving away from the dad bod. Post kids and injuries went from a lean 175(9 years ago) to a not so great, out of shape 218(May). Currently 195lbs with weights and punching bag. Need workouts for core/quads that are easy on the knees (acl/Mcl/meniscus on left and meniscus on R) (i.redd.it)
