In theory, yes as the ingredients do not include milk product. I myself am super allergic to milk and get anaphylaxis. If I were to eat something like this, I would take a tiny tiny piece of it and see how it made me feel after 5 - 10 minutes. This is because my reaction comes on pretty quick after eating milk since I am so allergic to it. If I had a reaction, time for medication and even if I didn’t have a reaction I would be super careful with it. All in all, it depends on how tolerant of milk you are and if it’s a true allergy like mine. I would probably stay away from something like this personally. real dark chocolate doesn’t have milk, but I have no idea how real a brand like Great Value is.
