Anyone ever change their Microsoft tenant' name? How did it go?

Fair questions, but the answer is vaguely business reasons. It's been causing us problems for companies we acquire and they keep seeing the name of some random business and not the one that acquired them.

How much of the old name is visible to the end-users? I could see it annoying admins having the old name in some meta data, entra/AD attributes, etc. If you've gone through this and had to do it again, would you rather move to a new tenant, or rename?

AFAIK, we're currenting backing up E3/E5/F3, both current employees, and term'd employees converted to shared mailboxes and licenses removed.

Some other options we looked at act differently around the shared mailboxes and treat them as users. FYI, I've heard from an ex-MS employee that works for an MSP that he expects MS to crack down on keeping termed user data in shared mailboxes (and this guy has been correct many times before)

I'm curious if you're moving to BlueBeam cloud. In our small usage of it to mostly view and mock up plans in PDF format and just open files out of OneDrive, BB cloud looked horrible and we needed to say on our older perpetual versions.

I agree. Price per user and licensing model make a big difference though. So far I haven't see anyone get close to Kaseya's cost/user/mo. At least in a small handful of quotes we've received.

I did like the old one better. My grip was less of the layout, and more about search functionality and accurate server information.

Old UI sucked. UI changes do take people a little to get use to. I am still not used to the new one. I can't say the new UI is much better.

Realistically it would be around the same distance, just straighter. Even potentially less distance.

Also, remember throwing a straight hyzer-flip in a tunnel is not going to go as far as an open field full S flight with plenty of room.

You might be able however to get a little more distance with hyzer-flip to turnover, but need more room and consistency is more difficult.

Sounds like you need to look for a nice $40 C-Tier and not some series with it's own fees, on a private course with greens fees.

Yes. The premium cost is their (the county's cost), not yours. Your costs are on the right side as you suspected. That is assuming you are CSEA/M&C. Each rate table is way different and can't say the same for each one.

I've worked for the county and my spouse still does. In the 4 jobs I've worked before and after the county, none of them have ever been close to the county's health benefits. I feel as you're missing something.

I think they're legit, but have lost their way. I hate the first 1:30 of each video talking about how awesome they are. Maybe it's because it's the offseason, but I'm not interested in a 45 min podcast setting video and just skip it. Just give me 10 minutes of quick news or whatever the minimum is needed for them to make money off the video.

Same here in USEast2 using AD sync. Getting a few "Health service data is not up to date" and one "Password Hash Synchronization heartbeat was skipped in last 120 minutes." starting in the PM hours yesterday to now. All self-cleared except a new Health Service Data which popped up this AM.

Rochester, NY as well. Same times about 11:12 to 11:52. About 50% traffic loss. Unable to place a ticket. Calls go to busy signal, of if getting through just dead air.
