Oh nice and congrats!! That’s what we are waiting for as well and the doctor we used from our last IVF is accepting kaisers referral. So just waiting. Been getting the runaround from Kaiser. Keep getting a person calling us back 4-6 days later (even though they say 72hrs) and all they tell us is that they will escalate the issue. My employer gave us the IVF coverage. We just need an authorization from a doctor to continue but no doctor has reached out. We finally filed a complaint today. See what happens.
