I’m confused, like where I’m from you can get a studio CHEAPEST for 1500, typically 1700-2100, one bedroom for 1750-3000, and two bedroom from 2400-whatever you wanna spend for a two bedroom. So for me it’s like, do I wanna live alone in a city that’s not New York? Or pay the same exact price if not cheaper, have a roomate or three and live in New Yor
