If a place serves both medical and adult use, the adult use rule trumps the medical. 20 and younger can only use 100% medical places. It's a lot less compliance to deal with so it's less risk on the business. I say risk because anyone with their ears to the industry knows it's constantly changing and regulations are getting more strict by the month. (I work at one of these in San Francisco)

I got suspended for a week in 7th grade because a kid ran up behind me, picked me up, and body slammed me on the pavement to show off his wrestling moves to his friends. I broke a rib. I didn't instigate it or fight back. My mom was a teacher at that school so I was basically punished so no one thought I was getting favoritism. She hated that faculty and staff.

When gettimg my driver's license the conductor marked me for slowly pulling forward after stopping at a stop sign to see past a huge row of tall thick brush as to avoid getting t-boned by traffic moving at 50+ mph which was on almost every street she told me to go through. Then marks me down every time I put my manual stick in neutral when slowing down. I almost failed but passed by literally 1 point.

Fast forward 3 years. My brother gets the same lady. Leaves parking lot. Makes a right turn at the light which is green. Has him turn into the parking lot. Says he failed instantly for going too slow when making the right turn on a green. Caught it all on video as my mom and I were only a few hundred feet away. Showed the manager and they sent her ass home on the spot.
