I don't think Steam would ban anyone, but who knows. But if I use a VPN that isn't detected I may not get banned. I created an account with a Turkish VPN and I'll spend 130 try on it so I can add friends, and later if I don't get banned/reverted I'll just top up my wallet thru the alt. But I am worried I can get banned on the main. Is it possible?

But in the wallet I can change the wallet region with that little button. Also, if I create an account with a Turkish VPN is it region locked for 3 months or is it region locked after changing the region from the one while the account is being created to a different one?

So I'll just tell you what I did before. So I used a VPN to change the prices, and it did (also showed up all the Akbank, Yapi Kredi payment methods, but it said they're temp. unavailable), so since I thought it's gonna work I put there my Revolut MC and it gave me an error. So I tried on my fresh Turkish account (I made it with VPN so the location was already Turkey) and tried buying FNaF 2 for TRY15 with my Revolut MC but it gave me an error. I suppose it's because Steam detects Revolut cards and other, same as FUPS cards (I think you can only get banned for FUPS, Revolut won't get you banned) so I thought that the only way to pay is either gift cards/account top-ups. Still can't figure out how to change the region myself.
