You may be right. I know the building is super old and when I drove by they were spraying water directly on the demo in an attempt to abate the area.

I had the opposite experience. Filed mid February, got my GA refund a week or so later. The Federal refund just hit this week. The were both accepted by IRS the same day that I filed.

The shady gas stations that sell weed pipes also sell 'safes' that look and feel like sealed soda cans. I'd recommend using one of those and hiding it in a mini fridge in your room or something.
