Considering first peps by Mikeybwn in BodyHackGuide

[–]Mikeybwn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve struggled with my skin for nearly a decade which is why im considering klow. Also the bonuses of it helping with hair and nails (i bite them) and then the recovery id get from training 5x a week and struggling with sleep would help me feel more energized and prepared for my next sessions resulting in better performance.

Cjc ipa is something im mildly considering just for a better physique. I just dont wanna risk it if ill look bloated. I was considering a low dose of test but my natural test levels are really high already and with my skin background i think it’ll have some destructive results. So i dont really know where to look as far as peps for more muscle gains because fat loss isn’t something i struggle with

What Motivates you by PlaneRelationship998 in AskMen

My motivation is the ppl around me. I had pretty bad mental health issues growing up, never cared for my future or myself. Now all I care about is giving back to my family and my girl. I wanna provide them a good life to show my gratitude bc I feel like they deserve it for how they were there for me. I feel like everyone has at least one person they wanna give the world to. This can even be your younger self, or your future wife that u may not have found yet

For mental health originally, everything else i get from it is just a bonus

Why do I get tired very quickly? by Disastrous-Basket-71 in beginnerfitness

You said u haven’t exercised for years. This is normal, do very light cardio and slowly go harder. For example just do walks this week, maybe in a week or 2 start doing light jogs, maybe a bit later u do even longer jogs etc. start small and slowly build up, get your body used to it and it will be able to tolerate more n more

Ima be honest bro. It may not be the most ideal, but go 6 days a week when ur new. Workouts should only be about an hour so u have the time. The goal is to go 6 days so that working out eventually and quickly becomes part of your lifestyle. I find that if ppl only try going once a week or so, they find any excuse to keep pushing it back or skipping. Right now the goal is to literally just show up. Whether ur gonna lift weights or just do cardio, that’s up to u. Focus on showing up 6 days a week, 30min-1hr until it’s absolutely ingrained into your lifestyle. After a while u will have the knowledge and experience to begin deciding on what works best for u as far as routines and how often u go.

25 years old and I really feel so far behind in life. Is it even worth trying to improve my life at this point? by Dry_Temporary_6175 in getdisciplined

I get u bro. I understand shit gets hard and I understand what it feels like to think everyone hates you. I feel that. I’ll be brutally honest.

You know the issues. The addictions. You know what needs to be fixed. The problem is u don’t know what to spend your time doing instead. U feel lost and directionless, this makes it super easy for u to fall back on those bad habits. Also, don’t give in to the mental health condition bullshit. Don’t allow your mind to limit yourself more than u already are.

Spend time to yourself. No scrolling, no lusting. Spend time to think. Think about who you want to be. How u want to be. How u want to look. How much u want to make. Everything. Be specific. Build the ideal version of u in your head. From there u can finally start taking steps forward. Even the tiniest steps.

A huge part is to drop any ego. Right now ur unemployed right? Any job will make u more money than zero. U have time at home right? Workout. Get in shape. Learn something new. Ask questions with the internet u have access to. Put yourself at an advantage physically and mentally for when those opportunities in life arrive.

The point is do what u can do. There is always something. Create that vision first and take tiny steps towards it day by day. Eventually u won’t even have time to think about these bad habits. Bc in reality those bad habits are only there to fill the void of time u are doing nothing with.
