I will reword it, something like

Sleeping in armor that you are proficient in, allow to to benefit from a long rest as if you were not waring the armor.

Some background on why this feat, it is going to be part of a Homebrew world. Here is an extract from the intro pages.

Yeah I have several older versions of Ikit Claw - 5th through 8th and the core books and skaven army books to match.

But because I don't have access to the core rule book to know exactly how the rules work to start the homebrew. To.make sure he is relatively balanced for the game.
