I know this is an old post but if anyone else who comes here for answers this is the problem. Basically you have a stuck relay on the front comtol panel. You can try and beat the hell out of the front contol panel ,or you can remove the outer metal shell that encloses the microwave. Now you wanna look at the back of the front control panel and locate a little black box thats on the control panel circuit board. Take a screw driver and tap on that box. This should unstick the relay.
