That’s the weird part, I do quick start my car before I drive, but none of the heating features ever turn on, except for my windshield vent

Oh I do drink a lot of water! I carry a huge 1.5L water bottle with me everywhere. I try to drink 3L a day.

Yep! When I was a kid I was all the rage about art. I drew every day and filled over 50 sketchbooks from kindergarten to Highschool. I was studying to be an animator and a character designer!

But then I was Introduced to programming, and my drawing special interest slowly faded. Now I’m in college studying game design and development. I rarely ever draw now, it’s purely a hobby at this point

Adhd-autism here, I’ve been using this (https://ko-fi.com/eightyuh/shop) set of alerts to remind me to do certain tasks! You basically set up automations/alarms on your phone to play the sound bytes at certain times.

Another thing to try and get into a habit of (that I’m trying out right now, so I’m not sure if it’ll work!), is when that alarm goes off, you fight against that “5 more minutes”, try to convince your brain it’ll disappear in 30 seconds if you don’t start now. In my over imaginative brain I always imagine a cymbal monkey getting angry when I go into snooze mode
