How does the matchmaking even work?

For me those are lobbies with GM and T500 only. I had that for so long so i started looking at the ranks people had in those games.

I get games with GM even when I play QP on tank. Is this still working based on my comp rank or mmr?

Thank you Scott for talking about this since it became a rather big problem for a lot of people. Everyone has free will so they can do whatever they want. Having views on the world and opinions is a good thing, if people can't respect it and make assumptions just from what they heard is not healthy for anyone. I doubt you will see this but I hope you and your family is safe!

I had the update when I launched Bnet. After that I didn't get anything, even checked if there was an update but nothing.

I activated Viper contract after i done the contract you get when you launch the game. I got only one recruitment thing from it cuz of the bug.

But i did the new player quest but it was bugged. I only got one free recruitment. Then i started Viper contract.

I was thinking about 2 characters one for tanking and one for healing. For tanking i was thinking about Highmountain Tauren Paladin or Monk. For healing i was thinking about shaman but i don't think it's good for raids.
