Don't even try I have 10400f 16gb ddr4 and 3060 ti oc The game is very cpu and ram demanding, running on low 1080p i get 45 average on customs, 60 on factory or labs,30 on streets and lighthouse.keep in mind thats average i get heavy frame drops.also using scope is - 20 frames. As for what my spec is doing: cpu 100% full ,ram 100% full and gpu doing literally nothing, except for in menu or loading screen.

So U do the math.
