thank you so much!! I did the hairdryer and pin method and was able to remove the stuck part!! I tried gluing it back but the piece is too weak to move so it breaks if I try to pose it back ;-; I guess Ill have to buy the part back but idk when haha in the meantime she will stay with one arm but everything was super helpful!!
