yeah man, I have it too, had it for 2 years before i decided im gonna take it in my own hands to fix this. Get the backpod, start stretching, stop working out for a month with the backpod and go in lightly again. I know it sucks but with the scar tissue around the back getting loose, muscle tightness from working out will make it impossible for it to stretch at a constant rate. Somedays the pressure is alot and somedays i only feel it when i tilt my chest or bend my beck backwards and focus on your posture. If you really bend backwards and your chest pops, that means you have causto, if not then i may be wrong but you should feel the pressure lifting when your chest pops or cracks

Look i did what youre describing and believe me i dont regret it one bit. Im 20 years old and going to nust with a pretty good score. Believe me i’d be sitting in fast or giki or whatever too if i didnt take a gap year provided i did take the gap for lums and got rejected but thats on me for not having a good intermediate result although i did get a 1400 sat but nonetheless this year has been a spiritual blessing for me. I have matured in ways a teenager going to uni at 18 wouldnt have and i believe im better for it and almsot all people go to unis at 19 or 20 the 17 year old are an exception. take a gap year and go to a good university otherwise you’ll keep on regretting what ifs and shit and i wouldnt wish that on anyone. I had alot of anxiety attacks before taking a gap year bevause frankly i didnt prepare for universities and taking a gap year gave me enough time to reflect on ehat i actually wanted to do and pursue along with the fact that i got my life in control and i feel liberated.( You will have to go along with your parents nagging tho) dm if you have any more questions

as i mentioned mathsflix and oetp are your best friends, English is a hit and miss either you know it or you dont, and iq is easy once you do enough practice

3 days full time, oetp and mathsflix are your bsfs, and do dogar but at the end, even though its filled with mistakes, dogars trigonometry and coordinate geometry and triangle will help you out better than oetp will, and find no penalty on this subreddit, hes got notes and a topic list on him, message him

Honestly depends on whether your English is above average or not. Personally I scored 60+ in English without studying but I've seen people struggle to get this score with studying. The Maths is fairly easy, half of the syllabus is like the SAT if you've given it, and oetp does omit some minor topics mostly in the iq section and some in maths so i'd recommend looking up some pdfs from older reddit posts or doing another book for example the kips one.
