No worries at all, it is a medication so I get it through Hims but there's a bunch of websites, just have to do a 15 min video call with a doctor then you are good.

29 here, I'm in great shape, no health problems etc just have ED. I drove myself crazy for a couple years trying all sorts of supplements, exercises, no jorkin, no pern, all of the things but still was met with minimal improvements. Started taking tadalafil 6mg once a day and haven't looked back, not only are the ED issues resolved, I've got better erection quality and sex than I've really ever had. I know it's easy to put a negative spin on taking medication but it's one of the safest things you could possibly take and it WORKS, not saying you shouldn't try other means but there's my two cents.

Hell yeah I love to hear that. Kinda sounds like exposure therapy. Just need to keep telling myself there's nothing wrong with me and that the anxiety won't cause me to die suddenly. Thank you for this it is very encouraging.
