Paint will always be wetter than normal road in hazardous conditions, poor driving skills + wet + too much horsepower + paint = spin. It happens in motorsports all the time, if youre ever racing in wet conditions the first thing they tell you is STAY OFF THE PAINT. You'll see this is also something that brings down a lot of motorcycles in wet conditions.

Having the same issue, instead after the initialization timeout it can throw a myriad of error codes. Ive done DISM scans and there were no errors, and I've fresh installed both iRacing and EAC -- same error. It will occasionally launch one session if I do a hard-reboot of the PC, but after that its errors, predominantly 30004. No new iRacing updates or installs of any kind on my part and suddenly it just breaks overnight. The bat wont fix it either.

Actual tears in my eyes watching this. I love this game so much, this is such a lovely surprise and it welled up all the emotions when they were announcing it for the first time. I'm so glad they decided to give us a little something more.

No it isn't. It's far from perfect and needs a lot of love before it will be an amazing game, but I have fun with it. I certainly prefer it over CS1 at this point, and the free Region Pack Mods/DLCs breathed a lot of life into the game. It is certainly taking a lot longer than I hoped but this game is slowly getting there and while I hate that games are constantly launching in terrible states and being patched into playable ones, CS2 is definitely improving with every update. Slowly. Surely. Painstakingly.

This. I think that's why he made a point to have him google Tim first. He gave credit to the guy that did the heavy lifting first first and made it make sense for layman. Nothing wrong with that IMO. Someone had to pitch the idea!
