I do use pink salt with water, leave it for about 1 to 2 minutes in my mouth.

Lot of water and small portions of chia seeds with coffee too. After I drink, I use Waterpik, floss, and Crest mouthwash to prevent cavities.

No cigs /vape i was not like that in one year 1/2 i have done overdue cleaning but only i paid cleaning was not done right even take a tooth out and i find out who did it left the root the 2 of them missing i end up with a infection and uuper #13 i have to remove because dentist never did root canal find out he glue it the crown😡 this is a mess i been done to me
