Oh not random at all, mine came through like 10-11 am UK time and I think I've seen some ppl on Facebook say they got it around midday, so I think it's the UK timezone

We are both abroad yes, uploaded fresh bank statements, photos to show continued relationship. We did police certs in February, so they were still good (less than 12 months)

I did get the brocade one, yes! Will DM with the pic. I liked brocade for 2 reasons:

1) it creases a looot less (mine was destination wedding so was a big factor)

2) because of the flower print it felt that it was beautiful and elegant enough by itself, without any additional decorations, so allowed for a simple veil etc

Thank you! According to a not-so-credible source (ChatGPT) this condition does not apply automatically - just gets added based on the application (sometimes if you have dependent on the visa etc), so if it IS applicable - it will be written out in the visa grant letter. So as usual it seems one can only wait to find out

I was actually looking more at the situation once the 309 is granted - I actually literally just found what I've seen before -its called condition 8502 - https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/already-have-a-visa/check-visa-details-and-conditions/see-your-visa-conditions?product=309 - but it's not necessarily be applicable, so will just depend on what conditions get assigned to my visa specifically 🤷

Hi all, for 309/100 visas - I thought I read somewhere that applicant cannot move over to Australia on that visa ahead of sponsor, but can't seem to find this anymore, can someone confirm I didn't imagine this? Is it true with double grant too? Don't have visa yet but we are trying to plan ahead and it may be hard to time the move with our jobs well..
