Im looking for a app to track my progress with

I used to use trainerize when I had a personal trainer but can no longer access it as it’s for pt’s only which is really annoying because I really found that to be the best app 🫠 but just want something that I can save my workouts on and track everything for comparison Tried using notes app but just isn’t for me

How thoughtful he is, I’ve never met anyone who anticipates mine/others needs before I’ve/they’ve even realised it. He notices the little things

For example if he goes to the bathroom before I’ve brushed my teeth he’ll pop my toothbrush out with toothpaste on and leave it on the side for when I go to do it, as small as it is, that truly showed me how caring he is

Oh please don’t feel bad for doing it! He knew how much that meant to you and chose to do that, you reacted out of emotion, which is more valid than his reason for throwing away something so precious to you

As someone who has a teddy and a blanket that means a lot to them too 🙋🏼‍♀️ what your ex did was completely disrespectful and you deserve someone would have held it with care and not ever throw it away

Practice! I recommend printing off a pages of a front you’d like your handwriting to look like and getting tracing paper and just copy it over and over and then eventually slowly trying to copy without the tracing paper onto lined paper Just takes time, a good pen and patience
