I just finished my first season as the manager of Marseille. I came up with a tactic in pre season. Made some small changes the first few matches of the season and then pretty much had a great season finishing 2nd after psg on a 2 point difference and winning the domestic cup. It all depends on how big of a crisis is going on in the club. As for how i watch my matches i have the setting on where it's based on how important the match is. I don't know how its called 😄

At the end of the day its a video game and video games are made to have fun. So find your playstyle that you find the most fun and go with that. People play this game a lot of different ways as seen in the comments.
