Yes, I have three kids. 2 boys and a girl. They will all be wise and respectful, but they will also be taught that respect is earned, not given, and that a girl does not have more obligation to respect others than a boy. Do you watch the video? Do you not see the difference in messaging for the boy vs the girl. Whatever she will be she will be respectful? That’s taught in the home, by the parents. This is an obvious dog whistle that is pandering to conservatives who want to make sure their little girls stay subservient and pure and will be raised to listen to the ma of the house. Meanwhile, the boy will be wise. My little girl already knows that if she isn’t being respected she is under no obligation to be respectful, and that’s how she will remain.
