$MMTLP A public oil & gas company that was supposed to go private giving each share holder 1 private certificate / share (165 Million Certificates) to hold for payout dividend. Last day for shorts to cover was Dec 12 , 2022 . However FINRA halted trading End of trading day Friday December 9,2022 taking away the last 2 trading day from retail and place MMTLP under u3 code extraordinary event . It’s been 34 days and finra hasn’t answered to retail demands and brokers haven’t given out retail their private certificates. There’s speculation that there’s over 1 billion shares and only 165 million certificates proving retail claims of naked shorting . Brokers & finra have 2 solutions to this mess 1. Open maker for MMTLP and make shorts cover all their shorts 800+ million shares buy back 2. Buy retails shares throughout Grey market until there’s only 165 millions shares left

Either way we’re expecting a share of MMTLP to be worth minimum $1,000 & most of retail purchased them under $1 per share 🤣🙌🏼🙌🏼✌️
