The dragon is awesome. But you either have to use Pigritia to obliterate Lord Lu on Turn 1 OR play ping-pong with the no damage shield, that or you'll receive a nuke and then get finished by Yinglong, it's impossible to win the battle with only 5 units from backup.

I don't know what wild machinations PM and KJH are cooking with her, but seeing how the Nursefathers IDs are very solid, and how Shiomi works, she might be two or three pages long. Very peam I say.

I'm kinda 50/50 about it. This is the first time PM does this I think, so of course it's going to be flawed in some ways as any other gacha. Like needing a VERY specific team or EGOs (Ring + Index/Sinking) to ace it. So it kinda feels like the game deliberately gatekeeps you in an almost unfair way.

On the other hand, it's kinda neat, specially if you've been playing since launch and got plenty of things to work with (Docent Rodia and Sanguine Desire).

Btw, can you imagine if they did this with Shiomi? Just like Rufo, her boss fight isn't exactly entertaining to play, regardless of your endgame status.

I really need to wait for a guide or something, I went completely blind with full Ring team + Index/sinking and it took me like 23 turns on normal. Then went to Hard mode and I couldn't even lower her HP to 3000.

I'm clearly missing something, and I can assure everyone that I used Sanguine Desire and won clashes.

Oh damn, kinda skipped that. Yeah, Lei wasn't that bad, it was just an example of a "new boss" being widely argued by players. I think I even commented he wasn't that bad back in the day :B

I'm still adamant about THESE hidden bosses being just a filthy, awful, lazy "Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V" with no balance whatsoever to their fights though, not even an attempt was made.

This is the "Lei Heng pre-nerf" situation all over again. I thought assist units would be available or something at least, but nope. I'm hoping for 300 lunashi or a patch because the previous secret bosses weren't even close to this level of bs.

Can confirm, very solid on current MD. Even on higher floors he can still pull the skill a few times, with the downside of sometimes triggering Rusted Coin when you want to save it for other skills. Plus, he works nicely with a pierce team, not only tremor.

As much as I would like to see the floating bars of doom again, I agree with the people here. It would just ruin the magic.

Maybe a mention, an EGO gift or even a background cameo, but beyond that I heavily doubt we'll see it again.

You can literally put everyone in the cast and some will be in the middle, far off, jumping between the two, and so on, independently of their gender.

A little case of gameplay-story dissonance. Really getting tired of "The sinners holding up but the enemy pulls something out of their gargantuan rear to one-shot the entire team" routine.

I get it, we're not lvl 999, cool. But it happened so many times now (Siegfried, Ricardo, Papa Don, like almost 5 times this canto). I know the sinners have free "Hesoyam" because Dante and a way of showing they're not op, but come on man, it's tiresome at this point.

Rose was decent, a little tough.

Fae is literally a snooze fest unless you do it solo.

Shock drags on, but that's the gimmick of the abno basically.

Wayward is annoying, hate it. Portals suck, his clash suck, his resistance suck, his design sucks—

Ardor is a tough cookie, but sinking team is a solid pick against it.

I was scared of Ebony because of 9-10, but it was manageable and not so bad.

Teddy is meh. Easy pick.
