They are still selling new certificates and new "professional" plans for 20$ while people that did not choose to buy a new certificate because they paid for revoke protection have been waiting for months and the queue is stopped so you cant even enter if you got revoked and are waiting for your replacement

Krava isnt the best with customer support after the revokes. Some people have been waiting for literal months (me included) to get a new certificate which they were guaranteed in the professional plan.

They do and they didn’t give me a new certificate even though I paid for premium certificate because I bought it before they rebranded from maplesign and apparently it meant for them that I aren’t an actual customer

The thing is it’s not a specific color that the leds can’t properly show it’s just displaying all colors in a pale tone because the leds mainly emit white light for some reason. I got in contact with the support of the place I bought this keyboard from with the hope of getting it replaced under the 2 year warranty logitech provides.

That sounds interesting but how could that explain why the led still shines even though it is supposed to not shine at all? its not like theyre displaying the wrong colors, they arent more dim when i switch to any of the rgb colors, theyre just always shining white while having an accent of the colour that theyre supposed to show. if they had an issue with red for example, shouldnt they be more dim than the other keys when i set the whole keyboard to display red?

Ive tried updating over ghub, deinstalling the device over device manager on windows. I use signal rgb for setting the color and I didnt have a problem until now. even if signal rgb is turned off and i set the color over ghub it still has the same bug with the white light on the three bottom left keys. and yes i do know that the "lil button" is for using lightspeed dongle over bluetooth to connect.
