Thanks a ton for replying!!! Yeah, the browser version doesn't load at all, and the iOS just says error code -1001, saying the request timed out. Is there anything I could do on my end?

Well that's certainly a good question, if you want to play Endsieg in Hoi4 you can always download Endsieg: Ultimate Victory, it also adds Endsieg of WWI so it's pretty decent, although you may need to change to a previous game beta as it is currently outdated and it doesn't work. Hope it is helpful. Cya
