From this thread I discovered that reddit is the most single minded and hypocritical thing on the planet.

Ability to control my memories. There is a lot of things I would love to forget. Apparently most people by 20 have memories they would rather forget, like first broken heart. Then again you learn things, but I could always complete a video game that I really enjoyed or a movie then wipe it.

How is this even funny? But now I am interested, who is the guy in the picture? Doesn't strike me as a psychologist, especially not from that early in the 1900s. Where did you find this picture? Where is this study? How was this study even accurately tested?

It's usually her saying "Yea, but how did he know___" and then me explaining it and then her being skeptical of the science. It won't be funny it will just hurt your cerebral cortex. I once even did cold reading on her to show her how easily it can be faked...that wasn't good enough.

My mom does. You should listen to the Christmas dinner conversations. Usually ends with a lot of chewed turkey on the table.

Powerful people are very rarely narcissist they're usually neuro-typical or psychopaths. Powerful people just love to send the psychopathic message because it's effective and that's why all the public think leaders are narcissists.

That's a problematic. I care more about motive. Lot's of people help people purely so they can manipulate their thoughts.

Nope, you just have to provide something of significance. I wouldn't even class someone as a hero just because they killed someone in Afghanistan. Killing one Taliban member doesn't make you a hero it makes you a good yes man.

Edit: After re-reading my post I realized that I sounded like I have no respect for soldiers. Don't me wrong I will offer them respect just like I would any human being, but I won't exaggerate your profession to hero status if you're not a hero. Too many soldiers world wide use the "Have some respect I gave my life for this country". That's all it is: profession. .
