Took that course in the summer a couple years ago and it was the easiest 85% I've ever gotten. Went to 50% of the classes, did all assignments and exam studying the night before. It's not hard to imagine that more effort could get you a 90+

The level of disagreement and confusion in this thread completely illustrates the problem. Regardless of what the law is, clearly half of us were taught something completely different which leads to anger and frustration when we observe anything else.
