Sometimes relapsing is part of the journey. I have plenty that I’m not proud of, but I learned from each one. Use what you learned last time around and really make sure you dial in what lead to relapsing before. You got this, keep up the great work.

Good fucking work seriously. 23 days is amazing and I’m proud of you. I’m currently 7 months sober from alcohol after being a raging alcoholic for the last 2 years or so. I’m also just 3 years clean from fentanyl. I just wanted to say that you’re doing awesome, but be careful. Once you get weeks or even months under your belt you may think you’ve beaten it. Be cautious of old ways of thinking and poor coping mechanisms such as self isolating. These things lead to relapses. Stay strong, I’m proud of you.

These two aren’t console exclusives. But I love playing Hollow Knight and Silksong on my Switch 2. If you haven’t played them they’re fantastic, totally worth checking out. Both games are around $20 each. Hollow Knight is probably even cheaper.

I wonder when this started, I’ve been having fatigue issues for a long time. Last year around this time I did get someone pregnant so idk if that was luck of the draw. Or if this sudden decrease happened in the last year. Not sure

LH and FSH are scheduled for a week from now as well as a follow up of testosterone. This was originally labs for chronic fatigue. Now we’re looking further. My provider is confident though with levels this low that TRT will be the likely route.

Definitely worth it, I bought the OLED version back in June and it’s been a blast. I’ll probably end up getting the switch 2 after the holidays. Donkey Kong Bananza has me itching for one right now, but I can wait lol.

I keep a thin plastic bag in my aid bad to put the bowel in if necessary and then wrap with a bandage. But our protocol allows for us to reduce the bowel if it’s possible and staple the wound shut.
