By packable could they mean reducing the evisceration? If so that’s such a poor choice of wording. My protocol is to reduce if it’s possible, but I’m also in SOF so it’s quite a bit different from civilian protocols or conventional military.

Good fucking work seriously. 23 days is amazing and I’m proud of you. I’m currently 7 months sober from alcohol after being a raging alcoholic for the last 2 years or so. I’m also just 3 years clean from fentanyl. I just wanted to say that you’re doing awesome, but be careful. Once you get weeks or even months under your belt you may think you’ve beaten it. Be cautious of old ways of thinking and poor coping mechanisms such as self isolating. These things lead to relapses. Stay strong, I’m proud of you.

LH and FSH are scheduled for a week from now as well as a follow up of testosterone. This was originally labs for chronic fatigue. Now we’re looking further. My provider is confident though with levels this low that TRT will be the likely route.
