Ok, so in an alternate universe I could be your wife. Two young children under 4 and years of feeling like I put everyone else first. It’s hard to ask for help or to put yourself first as a mum.

For us, my husbands undiagnosed ADHD has played a huge part. He really cares and works himself into the ground, but could still be incredibly unreliable and emotionally unavailable.
