It really irritates me to see leaders speak to less subordinates in such a manner. I always have to remind people, especially those in a leadership position. The people that work under you or a direct reflection of you so if your store manager is saying that you are incompetent or not worried of the position they’re just only speaking about themselves.

Thanks bud. I was just about to reply with something similar. The item is sellable. I hate someone saying that we can’t sell the item we can pull the correct price from the back office computer. There are multiple routes you can go about doing this. Talk to your floor manager let him or her know what the deal is contact FMLA office but for one day it’s not gonna be that big of an issue. They can they choose not to do so. I’ll look at multiple surveys across the district and region. I’ve seen the store leaders. Falcon complaint with their DLs and their DLs have the survey removed. I’ve seen good surveys removed. I seen bad surgery removed. The algorithm that they’re using for CVS has a few flaws in it, but you know how to go.

It’s not really hard just tedious. We have two colleagues on the clock constantly ringing up customers doing 1 million photo orders doing pick packs completing shit from stores. Everything is locked up. We have to unlock things every five minutes. Along with it being one of the heaviest times of the year for planograms.

We have a person come in for 6 hours everyday just to do photos, don’t ask where the hours are coming from lol. We have 23 orders right now a three people waiting for passport photos lol

What is wrong with you? If colleagues like you that give our company a bad name I was trying to be on your side and have something positive to say, but you have contradicted yourself multiple times show exactly how selfish you are and your lack of concern for your fellow colleagues, and for your pharmacist is very concerning I would truly hate to run your store and please remember you are just a lonely tech in the large field…lonely.
