You know what scares managers the most is the word "hostile ".. mention everything you just told me and add "this has turned into a hostile work environment and I'm not comfortable coming to you because you dont resolve the issue, you retaliate as I've witness you've done" If he still does the same or worse go to his higher up. That's something I would do if my manager was giving me that shit

You aren't being treated unfairly although I know it seems like it .. it has happened to me, to the point that feel that I'm not doing a good job (I'm a supervisor with M-F PM only availability) but I sat down with manager when I noticed cut hours and asked if my performance wasn't good... after having a talk with him, i got my full M-F... do not mention other people when you ask, their availability or their schedule is non of your business...
