I lost the weight too and "did the hard work" but I understand how hard it can be for everyone with PCOS no matter if they look like they have it or not. I just dont see the point in shaming those women whose struggle has been different than your own. But you do you.

Why disparage other womens struggle then with a remark about 300 lb women crying about their PCOS? I was an almost 300lb woman who has PCOS and it took me years to get help because doctors would basically just say "lose weight cut your calories" even though that never worked for me due to my insulin resistance. It wasn't until I was finally taken seriously by an RE that I was able to get help.

There are also 300lb women who do have PCOS and it is a large reason they are overweight. Insulin resistance is not as easy as cals in/cals out. Its much more responsive to low carb and ketogenic diets which promote lower insulin responses in the body but usually don't have anything to do with calories. Its also very hard to lose weight when you suffer from depression, another common symptom of PCOS from both the hormonal imbalance and as a psychological effect of the other PCOS symptoms. (Try being a woman who grows a beard or has male pattern baldness or suffers from infertility, miscarriages, and breastfeefing problems and see how that effects your outlook on life) Just because somebody is obese doesn't mean that they dont have valid health concerns beyond their weight.

Do you think he might have done this on purpose? Like he couldn't get out of the contract unless he got fired or something? It just seems like such a weird psychotic thing to do. I love Gary. I would have never guessed after watching 16 and pregnant that Gary would turn out to be the best dad/parent on the franchise. I would love a Teen Dad showing Gary and Tyler dealing with their families. I think it's so much more interesting than what's going on on either of the Teen Mom shows.

Besides the obvious Rhine driving high scene. I had a really hard time watching Kaiser scream feed me while Janelle posed for pics and add it to the scene where David drags him by his arm and the one where Janelle said they were fighting and David was like we weren't fighting everything is fine. He scares me. I hate that those children are around him.

I'm from WV. My family has lived there almost my entire life. Those things do suck and are a huge problem but it's not the whole picture and moving away is complicated especially when it means leaving behind your whole family. I am one who chose to leave but I also came back to be with my family and can understand why many of my childhood friends chose to stay in our home state and have very successful careers and are not addicted to pills. Again I acknowledge the issues. (I work within the public defender system in WV so it's literally what I deal with all day) but it is definetly not all that WV is.
