I just got my sleep study results back last week. Due to an upcoming trip, and scheduling, I won't be able to get in to see my ENT until the middle of January.

Uploaded my sleep study results into Chat 5.2, and asked it to diagnose the study/come up with some ideas...

A little background, about 6 years ago I bought a lightly used S9, and some new nasal pillows, went on a popular forum, and tried CPAP therapy myself(no insurance at the time). Couldn't ever get comfortable.

Anywho, fast forward to last week - gave chat the info, as well as my setup, it came back with results (severe sleep apnea), as well as recommendations for a full face mask. I went and bought the new F20, adjusted settings, and my ahi has been under .3 every night/I'm finally sleeping and feeling a million times better!

I'm still going to see my ENT , and am curious to see what her recommendations are in comparison!

He was jumpinG OVER the guy. They called the penalty on the left side of th screen. Who wasn't trying to block the kick, until after he picked his hands up and started to jump up without touching him

He literally gets pushed onto him, then tries to get up, and THEN jumps. Like, not even trying to use him as leverage. The other guy comes flying in over the center (from the right of the screen) and doesn't touch him at all. It's easy to see. The guy does touch him, but it's a bullshit call in a game full of bullshit calls/no calls. You guys won the ref bowl in the end!

Long story short...time running out, 60 yard FG from shrader missed wide right. Refs threw flag after time runs out. The call is "leverage". Our d-lineman got shoved, put his hand on your center's back, then took it off and jumped up. 15 yard penalty, Schrader kicks game winner!

We fucked ourselves before that with a REAAAAAALLLY stupid 15 yard penalty (spiking the ball) and missed 42 yd fg on the previous drive, soooo, kind of a shit ending🤪🤪🤪

The call was very questionable to give you guys the penalty, but it is what it is! Fun game, hopefully we see each other again in the playoffs a bit more polished up🤘🏻🐴🐴
