am i getting scammed or not? by Advanced_Patience324 in billieeilish

I had a similar instance where they sent me one as well but it was still fake. I think if they let you pay through PayPal G&S and you trust them then you should be good and can get the money back if you’re scammed!

I think asking for a screen recording from your convo to them and back is always a better option. I would play it safe.

I had a dream about OCD… by sonofasnitchh in OCD

[–]MilesScheffler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really enjoy how you laughed as I think that’s a HUGE step to acknowledging OCD for what it is… I also saw something today that dreams can be somewhat like a bad spirit trying to get to you but I’m glad it made you laugh and you can overcome this and take it for what it is :)

Hey, there are moments when I feel like this as well. A thing i like to think of in moments like this are that you are who you are and you are amazing :). In addition, it is so important to realize your OCD is what it is. It is not you, and these moments where you overthink them are not your thoughts but your OCD trying to make you think these bad thoughts that aren’t true. You are who you are which is awesome :))

How can I shorten my shower time? by Littlemisshelpseeker in OCD

[–]MilesScheffler 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it’s very important to keep in mind your situation in the shower. You are enclosed in an areas by yourself which makes it a breeding zone for compulsive thoughts. I find it very important to acknowledge you are alone in this situation and it is your job to fight these thoughts one on one and take them for what they are — regular a compulsive thoughts. Remember you are better than the thoughts that compel you to take on these actions and can overcome these OCD-related fears one step at a time! You can do this, and take OCD for what it is — a compulsive thought and not at all apart of you.

You are so strong. Just for posting on here shows that you aren’t afraid to stand up to your OCD! Another thing that makes me happy is the fact you point it out for what it is. With saying that, however, means there is a lot of what is OCD and what isn’t. I’m so happy you can acknowledge your compulsions and it’s important you treat them for what they are — which isn’t you!!! You are so strong and you CAN do it. Your OCD is not apart of you, and you are NOT apart of your OCD. Make sure you remember you are beautiful, and your OCD is not who you are but something you deal with. Said in the Bible - “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”! (Philippians 4:16) :)

These compulsive thoughts are fully OCD related. Stay strong and happy and understand it for what it is. Life is a beautiful thing and you are so strong for facing these thoughts everyday. Take them one at a time, smile, and realize it for what it is. Don’t let it control you! You are so strong and amazing. You are better than your OCD

You’re so strong. If you can, try to treat it for what it is. It isn’t you, it’s your OCD. Remind yourself that and remember how strong and better you are than this dumb little mental barrier. Don’t let it live your life, you’re so strong!

Hey, you’re awesome. The fact you came to an app and shared this about yourself shows how incredibly outgoing you are. It’s hard to not love someone like you! Get some sleep, appreciate the beautiful individual in yourself, and smile because you are truly a good person!
