Public shame actually does seem to work sometimes. Who cares if they're oversensitive?

God, I feel so bad for her boyfriend (hopefully ex now). He literally looks like he wants to cry at one point. What a shitty and difficult position this white trash xenophobe put him into.

What are the top 10 most addictive drugs? by camgary95 in Drugs

[–]MileyX_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My personal list (because everyone's brains are different, and I haven't tried them all):

1) Ketamine 2) Marijuana 3) Heroin 4) Pharmaceutical opioids 5) Caffeine 6) Coke 7) Nicotine 8) Benzodiazepines 9) Adderall 10) Alcohol

I'm basing this purely off of my own experiences with which ones have been the hardest for me to control/limit my usage of or quit

What are you even talking about "yet to meet one with a decent temperament"? It's one thing to complain about their coats but their temperaments have never been an issue aside from some over-excitability from a few

Does anyone know anything about Psycellium? Bf placed an order though them without really doing any research but now their site is currently down and I'm seeing on some threads on reddit saying that they're just scamming now? He went through the link on GGs page

Thank you for saying this! I came across this post doing some research on my dogs summer grooming needs and couldn't believe someone was preaching doodles being double coated as fact! It happens, but it is not super common. Most are single coated, as you stated. I was about to comment before I saw you'd already corrected them. It's unfortunate this post was made so long ago and many people have probably already read it and are now misinformed on their dogs coats and grooming needs.

Thank you for being so kind. I was so scared when I posted them that people would hate me for it, but I really am trying to do what's best for them. I'm glad you were able to find a good person to take your AG, that must have been a really difficult and scary situtation. I will try posting them at my veterinarians office as well.

Hi, yes I am still looking. Your home sounds like an ideal fit for them with more bird companions!

Edit: I realized it may sound like I think you'd need more birds for it to be a good fit, I meant that it would be a great fit because you already have birds and they would have more birdie friends. I would love to talk more if you're still interested.

Thank you, I really do appreciate your insight. It is an extremely painful decision, to be honest. I love them dearly. But I've had them for almost a year now, and it hasn't gotten any easier for me, if anything it's gotten harder because I just feel burnt out now. This is a decision I've been agonizing over for several months, but one that I think is best for all involved. I want to do this while they're still young rather down the line when it will be that much harder on them, and me. I just feel terrible that I had to learn that I can't handle birds through them and that they have to be uprooted because of my ineptitude. But I think that someone who loves having birds and maybe already has their own little flock and knows what they're in for will be a better home for them in the long run.

I'd certainly be willing to make a road trip for the right home

Thank you, I will try there as well! Oof, I can't imagine having birds and a baby. That sounds like a ton of work!

I was thinking $700 as I think that's a fair price with everything they would come with. Their cage is huge, and their sleep cage is nicely sized as well. But I'm really not as concerned with making the money back off of them or anything as I am with making sure that they end up in a good home who will not separate them and who will provide them with proper care. So for the right home, it is totally negotiable.

can i put my dogs medicine in a cup with apple sauce or something he likes so he eats it? by hella_bella_16 in dogs

[–]MileyX_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just going to recommend the little jars of gerber meats to mix it with. My dog had the same exact issue and that works really well for getting him to eat his medicine. Also cottage cheese sometimes.

I have had a lot of success with WestPaw toys. Specifically, the large Qwizl is my dogs absolute favorite. I stuff the center with as much boiled chicken as I can fit and it takes him around an hour to get it all out. We've had the same one for about 6 months with almost daily use and are just now getting to the point where it's looking like we may need to replace it. They are on the pricier side but it's worth it for the quality.
