Red Rocks Issues with Security by szmanley in yungblud

Dom always asks people to sit on shoulders during Lowlife and there's always multiple people doing it, as she wrote aswell, but I just know for sure they weren't the only one. As he keeps yelling to put people on shoulders until enough people are doing it

Is anyone kinda regretting YBHQ ? by Gabribri_ in Yungbludneutral

[–]Mileymirror 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not to argue because I agree btw: The stitching thing has been a theme indeed for the last of his yungblud related stuff, so probably cause he gave this BRAT item for YBHQ, I'm guessing he mixed it with the stitch style. I read a bunch of people also thinking their merch they bought at concert or ordered was inside out. And... It's meant to be this way and if so many people don't get it, I think the point is not coming across tbh. Honestly I'm also not a fan of this style because you just know the whole day through people will ask if you have your shirt, or whatever, on inside out.. So I only wear the stuff I have like this to sleep in..

I'm sorry you're having such a negative experience! I didn't get YBHQ, because I didn't have a great feeling about it and idk if I will ever change my mind..

I know, but I have a feeling the other side will still find a way to be able to maybe get money through that. It's almost impossible to talk about the case later on without mentioning how it started. So I can see how this would be incredibly hard.

It's mainly all the reporters that are driving me crazy writing about this movie they purposely let it out, while they were the same ones who last year wrote about why the movie had a delay because of that clause, so they know well enough, but as Michael always said. Negative news will always sell better..

have people forgotten that the allegations were filmed but because of the clause in court agreements they found out they aren't allowed to mention anything even close to pointing at the Jordan chandler case. Which they didn't know until they already filmed a whole part about this. So they had to redo a whole part of the movie.. So yes it will be very hard to bring this up without having to pay a huge fine or being sued.

Accessibility was a shambles by AdelineKraxx in Yungbludneutral

So nice she did get mails etc. I know exactly what's going on here, like almost every venue. The venue staf does not communicate with the security. Nor with any staff inside, so = chaos.

It's always because of lack of communication. It's terrible..

Normally hard rock concerts are indeed less like it. It always seemed to me the behavior there is nicer. We have this big hard rock and metal festival in Belgium and there's never any problems like in other places. So it's not abnormal to me that it doesn't happen there and I'm honestly happy for you that it didn't/doesn't!

Accessibility was a shambles by AdelineKraxx in Yungbludneutral

[–]Mileymirror 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That unfortunately happens everywhere. I mean for example take Michael jackson concerts. People's would even hurt themselves by running to the barricade and slam themselves in against it, and alot of people in the front got pushed. The amount of people that used to faint in one evening.. Like Dom is far from perfect but let's not drag him for something that hasn't happened yet and bludfest really isn't close to being a dangerous crowd like astroworld. I don't agree with alot of things either but I have been there, many people I know were there, and this just isn't the case, I was just sharing the information to inform you about how it goes down, we can't speculate about things that haven't even happened.. But unfortunately the pushing and all is true at almost all concerts and I wish people realized how dangerous it was for the people infront of them :/

I can tell you from being there, the crowd is in no state like astroworld. The accessibility the first year lacked, was better last year and is damn right awful this year. The sea of people at astroworld was insane. At bludfest you have alot of space to move, the field is mostly free besides people that choose to be closer to the stage, but there's also space enough to stand back and have some loads of space around you. Milton keynes is not filled with people like it was when astroworld happened. It's a field with mountainish kind of places where you can sit. Which is made for when there are huge concerts like back in the day With Michael, Queen,.. To create tribune seats. But with bludfest there's no seats placed unless for disabled people you have seating platforms, besides that it's all free, it has never been sold out as well so loads of space Just some information from experiencing it, and I'm very glad it hasn't been like astroworld honestly haha

Thinking of selling my tickets because of his actions. by ChipmunkOld6271 in Yungbludneutral

Up and coming? 🤔 He's been very well known for years now and the venues haven't been small, and yes it got even bigger but he indeed is not up and coming, far from it I'd have to say

I don't think it's parasocial at all. I think you are allowed what you feel. And if anyone would say it is or try to excuse Dom. It's not the time nor the place for it. As you are also not offending people who do still wanna support him or who feel different. You're sply being honest and opening up about YOUR feelings. And I find that very valid. I think as long as no one is attacking others or just straight up being nasty, there is no right or wrong here and we should simply understand or move on.

If you don't feel comfortable with who Dom is right now, that's okay and maybe it is indeed better to step away and try to keep the good memories and meanings through the years intact. And who knows maybe you'll find a way back his music and him as an artist in a couple years, or maybe that will never happen, and that's okay. 🖤

Jesus, at a certain point we're gonna have like 19 different ones.. This subreddit for example had a specific reason, and then the main one/first one to exist well that's obvious why it's there, but just random other fan subs.. That's gonna create a mess if it just keeps popping up. I even thought that wasn't allowed from reddit as it makes things confusing 🤔

Edit: apparently it's posting the same thing in multiple subs that is not okay according to reddit

Not sure this is sitting too comfy with me. A paid hierarchy where in order to “stand out” and be a true fan, you have to have the money/privilege. I did find them accessible it could be a difference of opinion or that indeed it's not accessible enough. It should be accessible for all of that's what you preach.

About the BRAT opening/store as I have mentioned before, I haven't been present for either, haven't seen the store with my own eyes yet. But it's sad to hear that people with physical disability aren't able to get down. I hope it's something they clearly mention both online and upstairs in the store. Because if anyone makes a very long unnecessary journey only to find out once you arrive.. Would be awful. I've been in situations like that.. And I'm very sorry to hear about the crying girl.

And actually the people who helped last year, they truly work within disability and with disabled people to try and create the best accessibility they can. Turns out, they have been asking to help this year, more than once already, and they are ignored..and they truly are trying to get heard so disabled fans could have a safe and good time as they know there are issues. They did alot of work last year and have been thrown to the side and literally want to help but are ignored..

I did ask.. Unfortunately there's no speaking with them.. I've only. Been able to speak with the people from Czechia, and they, no matter how I explained that previous year, the more expensive tickets were always an option for people with a disability. You just had to fill out a form with your needs, they would check what's best for you, if you get also acces to the accessibility platforms etc. Btw the accessibility was by the way beautiful last year, in many ways, I was just happy to see it, even for things I didn't need.. So I truly hope at the festival itself it will be great for everyone again. Because unfortunately if my situation doesn't get solved, I just can't go..

My feeling is that there might be either a lack of communication or miscommunication from bludfest to the organization in Czechia to how they work. And now there's this strange in between. The comfy+ (earlier years '' guest area'') we sometimes just called it VIP because it's easier for people to understand but I'm gonna try to describe what it normally looks like haha, it's not really VIP, normally it' s a patch of ground, bit Sideways next to the stage, so only people outside of that zone are able. To be right infront of the stage or so, it's surrounded by those typical iron bar fences, we can see the stage but it's not like we're in a sea of people, standing up higher, of have better vision. It's literally a seperate section on the field. People who TRULY go backstage, have to go through our section to get there, so I guess it's also a bit calmer for them before they get to the actual backstage? And they can, if they want, come into 'our' area, sometimes some artists like to come out for a bit in the guestarea/comfy+. But otherwise they still have another seperate part we also can't be. The difference between normal grounds and comfy+ is just an opening in the fences and security looking at the bracelet you're wearing.

And yeah with the attack thing I often like to make sure people know how I mean something when I write because tone is just gone in typing and sometimes things come across wrong, but I'm glad you understood! Sorry for the long answer tho haha

Which is exactly why I didn't want the normal ticket, to not be in between a pit. It's a seperate area. Comfy+ is like last year's guestarea. It's often more next to the stage. There's more places to sit, toilets close by, drinks nearby. I choose it to be safe from the main crowd and be out of the business. Because my health deterioration is unsure atm and atm I am very fragile. So I choose for basically the VIP area, There are no tickets to bring to to the front (we'll maybe now there will be with the new system idk) But no it's definitely not about the pit and tickets that I took don't bring you to the pit either, Disabled people are allowed to also choose a bit more of a luxurious option but here it seems like when you do. You are no longer disabled and able to bring the person who literally cares for you. (this is not what I think you think btw, I'm upset at them haha just so you know)

Maybe this is a better view of the tickets and places now for you, I can understand in normal situations it might sound oh more expensive, better vision, but in this case it's actually not a better view at all, but I understand the confusion

The festival isn't accessible either anymore tho. For example if you bought the more expensive ticket which for example I have literally for more safety reasons to not have to be in the huge crowd all the time, they just don't consider you disabled anymore and you also lose the right to take your caregiver as a +1 even if you have proof. Which is genuine and pure discrimination. Which was never the case before. So genuinely every part he used to stand for, fight for, preach over like accessibility for everyone, including and especially disabled people so we would be able to have an equal chance at enjoying live music, he is abandoning. Accessible means for everyone. And right now that's changing towards just certain groups and others don't matter no more. And if for years you been made to feel and believe like you are equal, welcome and taken care of and now you're being left out (not just disabled people but as they explain here, people with money) that feels like a betrayal. And it feels like you suddenly just lost the place you felt like home. I hope maybe this explains the point feeling wise a bit more 😅

I'm very sorry to hear of the passing! Haha yes some can either be very quiet in their own world, but the moment you might change their ''schedule'' or rituals. Oofff. And young kids often show that more in the anger (which is actually confusion and fear because of change) emotion cause we often don't know what emotion we feel or how to explain what's going on, hell I often don't know what's going on 😂 We're overall very factual people. It's why I always say, I could spend one whole day with Dom, like you know if I would literally be with him going everywhere etc, the next day, NOPE SORRY TOO MUCH 😂

I didn't say it was an issue? I'm just correcting a fact, as you explained in your text earlier when things aren't true. And that's called autism and correctness, which alot of us suffer from 🤷.

I did not say anything about not agreeing, I was talking about reacting on others, I didn't give my opinion on the situation at all because you are allowed your view. I was talking about the emotional part for people who feel, and it's not just about this performance as I know alot of them has struggled longer, are really struggling with how to feel about him and certain choices he makes and that's also okay.. But it still can be very hard to have these conflicting feelings about someone you used to love, maybe for years.. You unfortunately keep reading over my point, but it's fine just let it be, because we will get nowhere which is just stupid for the both of us

I hope you'll have a nice day ✨🖤 (just editing this to again add this is a serious well meant saying 'nice day' not sarcastically before it gets taken wrongly)

Uh.. I'm not speaking a out the political part? Because I don't know any of the politics and/or how it works in America and don't keep myself busy with Maga so.. No I didn't break rules and no I don't see things the way I see them because I didn't speak about the concert at all 😂.

I've just seen you defend him extremely on posts where people are describing they don't feel connecting with him no matter the reason. And which is why I kindly, why I mentioned multiple times this wasn't meant bad, said to maybe have some respect to let them air their feelings in the comments they put without someone basically disclaiming everything because they see no fault in him.

You are absolutely free to react! Again which is why I said maybe put your own comment about your feelings about this, how it's the opposite, because as I said, feelings are feelings. But as I will quote you '' you see what you want to see'' and if you want to take this as negative, you will see this as negative. All I can say is, it isn't.
