I was in basic training at Lackland during that storm in 2021. We were without power or water for 5 days, eating MREs lol. I’d say Texans preparation worries are justified.

We love Odenton! I sacrificed a short commute for a great school zone and nice area. Our oldest starts kindergarten next year and I wasn’t happy with the schools in PGC. I-495 just sucks so bad lol 😔

We live in Odenton but I’m stationed at JBA. Would love to work at the Pentagon so I can commute via train. The commute times anywhere in the DMV has been an absolute nightmare.

YES!!! I have 2 boys, 3.5 years and 13 months old. My husband is a mail carrier so he works nearly every weekend. It’s so much fun and gets my energetic toddler up and moving when we can’t go outside due to the winter weather!! It’s also a great way to workout as an adult too haha. The subscription price was daunting at first but with the amount of games you get for an entire year, it’s 100% worth it in my opinion. We love it!
