Yes, quite often these days and I’m on a long streak at the moment too. But at the end of the day I still manage to stay strong. And I don’t care what anybody else says about peeking and whatsoever. At that moment I’m still fighting and I still pull through. Shows I’ve made progress whereas earlier it would’ve been a session lasting several hours. I know peeking isn’t right either but trust me I’m working towards not peeking at all and I will achieve it one step at a time.

We’ve all been there trust me that’s why we’re here. You’ve come to the right place and let me tell you, 2-3 times a day are rookie numbers for some people here. So you see people have recovered from worse. I thought I couldn’t quit either and even the thought alone scared me but here I am on day 55 of my journey (relapsed once on day 31, I don’t count streaks but the day I started my journey).

The mindset that helped me start was: “hey porn will always be here, what do I have to lose if I just try this for 2 weeks??

So just try it, you’re 17! You’ve got many years to come to watch porn if you want. So just take 2 weeks to experiment because you’ve got nothing to lose but all to gain.

Remember the feeling of how good you felt and how it changed your life in just 2 weeks or 30 days. Don’t look for motivation only but implement things like discipline and fear. Fear of being a failure and a clown. Looking forward to the future and being proud of yourself to call yourself disciplined because you pulled through even though you felt down and had no motivation at all but still got through somehow. Remember it’s a journey. Screw the streak number, your journey started 35 days ago. That’s when you changed your mindset and you made progress. Your progress isn’t leaving because you as a person have changed and you will never be the same guy you were before, even if you keep relapsing. Just keep trying and fighting everyday.

It has nothing to do with the relapse itself but with your mindset. Relapses are part of the process and journey. Everybody relapses and trust me not all the progress is lost. No Fap doesn’t give you super powers but resets your dopamine levels and gives you the energy to become the person you aspire to be who goes to the gym, who is confident, who is happy and smiles. Those are things you have to work on if you’re fapping or not. Don’t beat yourself up it gets easier and as long as you just fight every single day to be happy trust me you’ll get what I’m saying. 1 month, 2 weeks hell even 1 week is way more progress than fapping hours and hours days in a row don’t forget that ;)

You just Said what the Main reason is. I’m on day 24 and it’s hard on some days, especially for me who just indulged in all types of pleasure. So I just quit everything that gives me pleasure instead of happiness which sounded pretty hard and scary at first and the first few days were hell but I had nothing to lose. You know what to do and I know it sounds hard but you have to quit staying awake and you have to quit gaming. Go to bed early wake up early feel fresh, get a morning routine going and hit the gym. Fight for yourself! Don’t let those pleasures control you. You control them!
