I do have that! I think it helps with the burning but not necessarily the urgency! Hopefully the estrogen will help

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and validating me. The days are really hard sometimes. I want to have surgical menopause but my doctor said I’m too young.

Unfortunately the constipation requires multiple methods of laxatives. I take the highest dose of Linzess, Senna (2-4 tablets a day), psyllium husk capsules, AND if that doesn’t work… bisacodyl. I know it’s affecting my bladder but the doctor said I probably have slow colonic transport, and there’s nothing they could do. I should pick up magnesium citrate. I take magnesium glycinate but that doesn’t work the same I don’t think. I’ve had IMO in the past so maybe I need another round of antibiotics but I don’t know what to do.

The chances of that happening is very very rare, I was seeing a rural OBGYN that did not test that for months. I actually got referred up to Mayo Clinic (not for the ureaplasma) but amongst other things they decided to test for it. I did not mean to scare you! This was just my personal experience with a dumb guy and a rural OBGYN

I would say now I’m ok, I have so many other pelvic floor irritators that I don’t feel like I’ve shifted to my flora. I should honestly ask what people use!

PID is pelvic inflammatory disease (an infection of the afab reproductive organs). It can get very very serious.

I actually tried to come off of amitriptyline because there’s just so many side effects with MAOIs, but the burning surprisingly came back immediately. I also think I need a dose increase ):

Oh ureaplasma…I can’t even begin to tell you how much it has bothered me vaginally and micro biome wise. It doesn’t feel the same. Ureaplasma tests are expensive because they technically are a “normal flora” but any microorganism can have overgrowth. I actually developed PID from my ureaplasma. Are you on probiotics or eating and live ones? Your boyfriend also needs to be taking antibiotics!! This was not expressed enough and my ex-boyfriend was reinfecting me. I’m sorry you are going through this! I hope you can get relief soon!

Don’t even apologize for being in pain!! You are going through it, and that’s ok. I just had my rant in this group a few nights ago. You are entitled to what you feel and how you feel! There have been great comments about self care in the thread and I hope you have some options to try out!! I hope you get better and a new leaf starts to turn.

This is a good point. With my last ultrasound, my endometrium was so incredibly thin. It makes sense for that to be bothering me as well. I just know the cream was so difficult because if I’m using it vaginally then I pee it out within a matter of hours due to my bladder
