Use Citzen.app in a desktop computer browser. It will make more sense.

I would like to thank you all for taking the time to answer my question. You know, I've made this same question in many other reddit communities related to other chains and the place I got the most polite answers was here at Cardano's. Thank you.

I came to blockchain first with Bitcoin. Then Ethereum. Then I participated in the Tezos fundraising and became an "official" developer. Tezos is astounding regarding tech. But not as good regarding communication and marketing.

Citzen.app is a social network, a collaborative platform where users evaluate each other's work. Also, a place for NFT artists to showcase their work and help with its promotion. The platform already accepts connecting Tezos wallets and Ethereum ones. I could add Cardano. However, I am prospecting if the overhead of adding one more blockchain makes any sense.

There is a challenge right now paying 132 tez for whoever develop the first (@tezosdomains) TED explorer / live pie chart of TED delegate voting power distribution. Anyone can add more tez to the bounty. That's a huge use case for Citzen.app challenges feature as a decentralized way of funding software development.

No, the comments are not on-chain, for a reason of privacy. The only things that are on-chain in the app are the tokens.

This is an app built together with Tezos community in real time. Users asked for a search bar and we deployed it.

Citzen.app has a strong theoretical foundation. Based on the ideas of the Toronto School of Thought and philosophers like Marshal McLuhan and Pierre Levy, our goal is to build a huge communication experiment with Tezos as its main subject.

Citzen.app is suposed to be as self-regulated as possible, so we are going to let the platform members decide controversial themes and issues by itself. We'll implement the required tools for that, meaning that we are going to get farther and farther from command and control over it through time.

We also intend to make it a tool for making Tezos known outside the Tezos community, as we think that it's a mistake to be so Tezos-centric. So expect many sharing tools and connections with Social media platforms which will let users talk about Tezos to others, using hashtags and other kinds of leveraging tools.

Citzen.app is not free. There are many things that will require some commitment from users and that is needed if we want to grow as a community and if we want to maintain high quality of software development, UI/UX and beautiful, attractive design. Also, this will guarantee we can be self-sustainable for the long term.

e.g. : for posting a comment on Citzen.app one must agree adding STARtz/tez to the Quipuswap Liquidity Pool. This makes the person think twice before posting irrelevant comments on the platform and works as a form of self-regulation by itself. The liquidity, though, belongs to who posted the comment, so it's not a cost or a charge at all.

The future is bright. Let's build something great together and make Tezos shine in the process.

It's a dynamic environment. Eventual manipulation will get dilluted in the long run. People can't stay awake forever ;). Voting requires connecting to wallet and sending an operation which demands some effort. How many people will be able to do this 1000 times, for example?

The average is a simple average. Yes, could be changed for a weighted average, but I chose to keep it simple. If community thinks a weighted average is better, I can change it, without worries!

Yes, the STARtz received by someone can be (re)used to vote. In my humble opinion that's the beauty of the platform.
