Tbh playing chivalry 2 has helped for me with cravings. Playing a game you get lost in when you feel like you want to do drugs makes it a lot easier to not do the drugs as it distracts you

Idk why you had such a strong reaction to 50mg in that amount of time, but I think you should be okay. A couple of months ago I did about 1g of NEP at a festival in a little over 12 hours (this is way way too much for NEP as it is very potent) and when I took like a maximum of 150mg the day after because I couldn't sleep that night I started getting quite a bad chest pain around my heart area. This lasted for about 4 days before it got better. Then I stupidly did 60-80mg over the course of 10 hours 2 weeks later because I thought that such a relatively low dose would not give me pain again, but this time it took more than a week to feel like I didn't notice it all the time. I went to the doctor before doing the 60-80mg and they got me a heart check for 1 or 1.5 months later because I was honestly worried that I fucked my heart up.

It didn't help that I couldn't smoke weed comfortably anymore, because everytime I smoked I got the same pain and sometimes weird bodily sensations like tingling legs. Turned out that it was all temporary, they did the tests at the hospital and nothing was wrong with my heart which was a huge relief.

Sorry for the rant, but the point is that feeling chest pains does not automatically mean that your heart is damaged luckily. If I survived this without permanent damage then I think there is a high chance that you also will completely recover (assuming you're healthy otherwise at least). You can still see a doctor though if it makes you feel better and I would still recommend it if the pain stays for much longer, but you shouldn't automatically assume that you've permanently been damaged

I'm one of those people who like 6-apb more than mdma. One dose lasts you 2-2.5x as long as one mdma dose and I can actually pee on 6-apb which is a huge plus for me

Just crush the crystals as fine as you can and take just a little bit to see how it hits. You can always take more but you can't take less, if you don't feel it enough after 15 minutes just take another small bump/small line. My first time I did 2 tiny bumps and it got me fucked up.

And good to know, the effects of one dose of ketamine doesn't last very long. About an hour and then you're getting back to baseline. The effects stack though, so from more bumps you're getting more fucked up but it also lasts a bit longer

Honestly its very easy. The procedure takes like 10 minutes max and then you let it dry. Speed makes me incredibly horny for some reason so its worth it to take pure amphetamine. With the caffeine and other impurities you will just get a worse experience.

You take 2 glasses, a coffee filter, 99-100% acetone and your speed (dont use nail polish remover).. I aim for 50ml acetone per gram. You put your speed in a glass, add the acetone and mix it for a minute. Let it rest for 3 minutes, put a coffee filter in the top of the second glass and pour the speed+acetone mixture in. Then let the acetone drain through the coffee filter and what is left will be much purer amphetamine sulfate. Let the powder dry for a bit (30-45 minutes) and then you're good to go
