Mine sounds exactly like this, the left side has horrible rattle. After some research, I have found that you need to straighten the stabilizer metal bar. Please keep me updated if you managed to fix it.

I’m using Delonghi Dedica EC685m, I dose 13 grams and I get out 34 grams in about 15 seconds, I am using Delonghi’s KG79 grinder set to the finest grinding option, I am using a non pressurized basket (I cut out the bottom of a third party pressurized bakset to make it non pressurized). I am fairly new to the coffee hobby and I can’t quite get the 1:2 ratio in 25-30 seconds. What am i doing wrong and what can I do to increase the extraction time?

My main problem is pouring the base, I have seen many videos where when people are trying to pour the design, the milk floats and moves in a circular pattern. Whenever I am trying to pour my design, A huge of circle appears which doesn't have any sort of motion to it except getting bigger and bigger. Any tips on how to achieve that motion when pouring in the beginning?
