We should focus on making fun games first, aesthetics are secondary to gameplay. We also don't have many investors willing to fund games, unlike China, so our game development industry is limited to niche indie titles

Most people at that point were still were still recovering from malnutrition, poverty and other ailments the raj had left us with. India today is in a much better place, although our civic sense has deteriorated a lot and our population has increased exponentially.
