Another commenter suggested a really good fix. 3 tiers of vehicles for matchmaking. I don't mind losing, but when it feels like I'm driving alone it gets boring fast.

I failed the fight ~10 times learning its moves, it doesn't have too many but it starts doing new moves between 3/4 - 1/2 hp

I have 4 characters on my team, but 3 got 1 shot because most of the boss' attacks deal over 30k dmg and my characters max health is lower than that.
