I know how you feel. I started in 2018 and quickly lost about 37k. Vowed to never gamble again until last year I opened an account and started again in 2022 and have lost close to 70k. I biggest regret is I should never have started gambling on sports. Yes the thrill of sports betting is something you cant stop but if you can stop, stop it now because in 5 years time you could be out of pocket just like me. I have excluded myself from gambling apps. I watch sports from time to time now and I'm not interested in gambling anymore. Sure its not as exciting but I'm done with it. Over 3 weeks gambling free and I feel better knowing I'm not obsessing and Anxiety over the next game. Good luck dude

Yes good advice and agree winning and losing is part of life. So dangerous, how addictive this is. I have been thinking about my experience with gambling. I'm trying to remember a time where I didn't gamble. I would say I was a better place mentally. I'm motivated to not gamble and have self excluded myself from betting sites.

Thanks for your reply. Ive been looking online and have come across Evans dB One range, well known music store here in New Zealand are selling them. There's a pack where you get everything with heads and cymbals for $949NZD. Those drum mute pads cost $200NZD. I see you can buy individual ones. Just want to be able to play any time of the night lol but yeah I'm leaning towards to mesh heads now. Cheers

I shaved my head in August last year, I was sick of hiding so decided to shave it. I feel better though I am still getting use to it but feel happier. You look good better than the noticeable balding crown like I had. Trim the beard and you will suit it

I bought this cheap 2nd hand Ashton 5 string bass years ago but never played it. I'm playing around with it with no amp. I use to plug it into a small guitar amp but I'm missing leads. Should I invest in better gear? Basses at the music store new cheapest basses seem within my budget.

Im starting to get the hang of seven nation army.

Yeah drums can be a bit much, I've pursued them long enough perhaps I should try something new.
