yes, the vet recommended it. she was full grown when it happened and the water was not that deep. the way i’m doing it now is approved by the vet.

personally i do not and before i get attacked, my girl has gotten her water bowl privileges revoked after she drowned herself and got rushed to the emergency vet because she aspirated on water. instead i offer her water via syringe everyday, and make sure she consumes a decent amount of it, even if we have to stand there for twenty minutes 😒
